La Chèvre d’Or — Located in Eze; very nice restaurant atop a cliff overlooking the sea. (2 stars)
De Bacon — Located in Cap d’Antibes; one of the best seafood restaurants on the coast, beautiful sea views. (1 star)
La Saint Paul — Located in St. Paul in a lovely hotel from the 16th Century; traditional cuisine, small outdoor terrace, very pleasant in the summer. (1 star)
Moulin de Mougins — Located in Mougins; an old wheel-mill from the 16th Century; very nice dining room and lovely terrace with sculptures. (2 stars)
