Lungarno Hotels newest property, and first in Rome

Portrait Suites is your pied-a-terre in Rome. With only 14 rooms and suites — from studio to the one-bedroom duplex penthouse with wrap-around terrace, it is perfectly situation on the Via Condotti and Bocca di Leone, less than two blocks from the foot of the Spanish Steps. The design is by Michel Bonan, who is the same gentleman who created the Lungarno Hotels and Suites in Florence.

The hotel is one of tasteful design and quality amenities that focus on the guests’ comforts. Upon entering, the doorman shows you to the second floor lounge for check in. Guest rooms are on the second through sixth floors, and as one has come to expect from Lungarno Hotels, no corners were cut. There are beautiful linens and drapes, wool rugs, marble bathrooms, flat screen TVs, WIFI, CD and DVD players, coffee-makers, dishwasher, mini-fridge, dinnerware and utensils. The Penthouse Suite is a duplex on the fifth and sixth floors. The seventh and top floor of the hotel is an open air terrace available to all guests. It offers sweeping views of the Eternal City and guests can enjoy Continental breakfast there in the morning, or drinks in the evening.
