Flowers on Arrival

Gracing one of St. Barth’s most beautiful beaches, the intimate Hotel St-Barth Isle de France beautifully combines the colonial elegance of the West Indies with the chic style of France. This luxury ocean-front property houses 37 rooms, bungalows and suites. Every room is individually decorated. Vintage French fabrics and sheer linens in pale natural tones complement the indigenous colors of St. Barths.

Guests arriving at the resort are greeted with a sweeping panoramic view of the Caribbean from the Main House, which serves as the hotel’s reception area and features spacious Beach Rooms and Beach Junior Suites with terraces overlooking the sea. Amidst the lush tropical gardens are the Garden Bungalows and Garden Suites. Particularly suitable for families are the Fisherman’s Cottage and the Suite on the Beach, each with a common entrance, two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Couples might opt for the romantic and secluded Hillside Bungalow, forty steps above the resort, with its own private plunge pool and view of the sea.

Days at Isle de France are devoted to pleasure. Beach lovers will enjoy the white sandsand inviting waters of Baie des Flamands, while those who prefer to relax around the pool have a choice of an active beachfront or a peaceful garden version. La Case de L’Isle, the al fresco beach restaurant, serves simple, light and French cuisine—while the number of excellent restaurants within easy driving distance add a little variety to any stay.

The Spa, designed by Molton Brown, was the first full-service spa on the island. The Spa offers an atmosphere of complete relaxation and pure indulgence, with an extensive menu of treatments and personalized therapies specially created by Molton Brown to rejuvenate the body and the mind.
